Royal Ryvita Kedgerees
Warm and slightly spiced smoked haddock, hard boiled eggs and rice piled ontop of crisp Ryvitas

Ingredients
- RYVITA® Original Crispbread
- Basmati/Pilau Rice
- Smoked Haddock
- Shallots/onions
- Egg
- Curry Paste
- Parsley
Method
Take a packet of microwave pilau rice and cook Stir through large flakes of poached smoked haddock, sauteed onion, and half a teaspoon of curry paste. Pile ontop of Ryvita and top with three rounds of hard boiled egg and a sprig of parsley. (If you have the time, cook basmati as you would a risotto, in with the onions and curry paste for extra creamy results). Deliciously tasty and heartily filling it keeps well in the fridge too for next days breakfast or brunch!
