Happy and Glorious Smoked Salmon-Vodka-Beetroot Canapes!

I kid you not ma'am, I honestly can't believe anything low in fat and so simple to make has ever tasted so unctious and delicious!

Ingredients

  • RYVITA® Sweet Chilli Minis Multipack
  • Creme fraiche 200ml tub
  • 200g smoked salmon small slices
  • 3 tsp hot Horseradish sauce
  • 3 tsp vodka and a vodka shot for downing!
  • 100g very finely diced cooked beetroot

Method

1.Mix the creme fraiche, vodka and horseradish, taste, season and add more horseradish if you like it hot!

2. Dollop (in a ladylike fashion of course) on to the Ryvitas.

3. Heap some small slices of smoked salmon on and then use one's best silver teaspoon to carefully scatter the tiny pieces of beetroot over the top.

4. Extend one's little finger and down the vodka shot served with one's canapes.

5. Then devour the unctious, creamy little canape with quite a kick and lick your fingers in a sexy Nigella kind of way just because it feels so satisfying!

6. One would have liked a caviar garnish but sadly one does not have a royal mint so used a spring onion!

The Union Jack is optional!
