How to . . . • To start spread a layer wholegrain or Dijon mustard onto the crispbread to taste. • On top of that place a good pinch of rocket leaves. • Thinly slice the gherkins and alternate them on top with folded pieces of pastrami ham.

    I have been using the Multi grain crispbread for either sweet snacks with jam or with tomato and fresh herbs and garlic for a savoury one. This has been for the last 7 weeks and has helped ke lose18lbs. As a 49 year old I would have not thought this possible. So there you are. Thanks for making it easier than expected.
