Ingredients
- RYVITA® Dark Rye Crispbread
- Pastrami
- Rocket
- Wholegrain/Dijon Mustard
- Gherkins
- Dark Rye Crispbread
Method
How to . . . • To start spread a layer wholegrain or Dijon mustard onto the crispbread to taste. • On top of that place a good pinch of rocket leaves. • Thinly slice the gherkins and alternate them on top with folded pieces of pastrami ham.

ReportI have been using the Multi grain crispbread for either sweet snacks with jam or with tomato and fresh herbs and garlic for a savoury one. This has been for the last 7 weeks and has helped ke lose18lbs. As a 49 year old I would have not thought this possible. So there you are. Thanks for making it easier than expected.
