Method

1 Tin of Salmon drained and set aside in a bowl. Add cream cheese, one grain of garlic and parsley and some bell peppers diced and add a bit of lemon juice. Mix all ingredients together then add lay 1 slice of tomato on your ryvita sunflower seed and oats crispbread. On top place your salmon mixture and sprinkle some cheese.
