- RYVITA® Original Crackerbread
- Any good melting chocolate
- Ice cream
- Ready made meringue
- Strawberry finely sliced
1. Melt a good Belgian chocolate on a plate in the microwave in 1 minute blasts. 2. Dip 2 pieces of crackerbread into chocolate and allow ro set. 3. Place scoops of ice cream with crumbled meringue over 1 crackerbread. Add sliced strawberry. 4. Cover with 2nd chocolate covered crackerbread. Sit back and enjoy.
