- 300 grammes sultanas
- 1 litre block vanilla ice cream
- dark rum
- sprigs fresh mint
Method
crunch up 5 Ryvita Dark Rye Crispbread
mix all these together and then drizzle a dark rum over -
decorate with a sprig of fresh mint
