  • 4 X 150G HOT SMOKED TROUT FILLETS FLAKED
  • 125G FAT FREE NATURAL COTTAGE CHEESE
  • 150G QUARK
  • JUICE OF A LIME
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OF GHERKINS
  • 2 TABLESPOONS BOTTLED RED PEPPERS
  • HANDFUL CHOPPED FRESH DILL
  • SALT AND PEPPER

Method

PUT ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A FOOD PROCESSOR AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH.

THIS IS SUCH AN EASY RECIPE AND IS REALLY HANDY TO KEEP IN THE FRIDGE FOR A QUICK PICK ME UP DURING THE DAY. IT'S A DIETERS BEST FRIEND.
