Crispy BBQ chicken

Chicken strips dipped in BBQ sauce and coated in crushed Rivita multi seed thins - favourite with the kids!

Method

Cut chicken breasts into strips. Melt 50g butter and mix with BBQ sauce. Dip chicken in BBQ mix and roll in crushed Rivita thins. Place on greased baking tray and bake in oven set to 180 degrees for 20 mins.
