10 minute cheats pate
Dug out from grandma's recipe book
- RYVITA® Sesame Crispbread
- 125 g liver sausage
- 125g soft cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon of sweet sherry
- The juice of half a lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- Dash of worcester sauce
- Pinch of ceyenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon of double cream
Grandma used to do it by hand but if you have a blender it makes it much easier.
Mix the liver sausage and soft cream cheese together, add the sherry, lemon juice, worcester sauce, ceyenne pepper and double cream. Beat with a wooden spoon - ( or switch on the blender) until smooth.
Place in a pretty serving dish.
Chill well before serving - as good today as it was in 1950....
