Sweet chilli prawns and rocket on RYVITA® Crackerbread
Fresh, punchy flavours on crispy Crackerbread – a great summer lunch
- RYVITA® Original Crackerbread
- 40g peeled king prawns
- 2tsp sweet chilli sauce
- A few rocket leaves
Place the prawns in a small bowl, add the sweet chilli sauce and stir. Arrange them on the RYVITA® Crackerbread, top with the rocket leaves and enjoy.
Add a squeeze of lemon for an extra zing!
