Method

Slice the cucumber. Layer the slices of cucumber on the RYVITA® Sunflower Seed and Oat Crispbread. Mix the drained tuna with the mayonnaise. Add the tuna mayonnaise over the cucumbers. Season with black pepper and lemon juice (optional).

    I always mix a teaspoon of horseradish sauce with my tune/mayo mix. It adds a bit of 'bite'!LOL! :)

    Ryvita are really tasyt and cheap to use instead of bread, for sandwiches, dips, nibbles, dip in your suoup cuppa soup and many other alternatives oh oh oh beans on ryvita instead of toast
