Ingredients
- RYVITA® Pumpkin Seeds & Oats Crispbread
- 1 RYVITA Pumpkin Seed & Oat Crispbread
- 2 thin slices of mozzarella cheese
- 2 slices of tomato
- 1 basil leaf, shredded
Method
Slice the mozzarella and place the slices on the RYVITA® Pumpkin Seed & Oat Crispbread. Slice the tomato and layer these on the mozzarella. Finally shred a basil leaf on top.
