Guacamole
Why settle for preservative packed shop bought guacamole when it only takes a few minutes to knock up your own?

RYVITA® Recipe
Ingredients
- RYVITA® Multi-Seed Thins
- 2 large, ripe avocados
- 1 green chilli
- The juice of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- RYVITA Multiseed Thins (enough to share!)
Method
Put the lime juice, coriander, garlic in a bowl. Peel, remove the stones and roughly chop 2 ripe avocados. Deseed and finely chop the green chilli. Blend the avocado and chilli in a bowl along with the lime juice, garlic and coriander. Season to taste with salt and plenty of freshly ground black pepper. Try mixing in a peeled and chopped tomato for added colour and texture.

ReportI will go for the dip made from cuecumber and fromage or mango and apple with a dash of tobasco and grated carrot must add a small bud of good for you garlic. blend and dip Luv it wit the new thins.

ReportI love the oat and pumpkin seed ryvita but wish it was a little softer as I find it a bit hard going as I am getting older and the nashers are not what they were.
