Ingredients
- RYVITA® Dark Rye Crispbread
- RYVITA Dark Rye Crispbread
- 2 tbsp low fat cottage cheese
- 1 cherry tomato, thickly sliced
- 3 pineapple chunks
Method
Spoon cottage cheese onto the Crispbread. Top with either pineapple chunks or tomato quarters.

ReportI love this recipe but instead of cottage cheese, I spread some sour cream on and top with cherry tomatoes that have been warmed in the microwave for a minute or two. OR I put sliced banana on top. The mix of banana and sour cream is quite delightful.

Reportif you like savoury things,try ryvita with cottage cheese with marmite mixed in it this is yummy.

ReportI love ryvitas with cheese & chive spread with a slice of ham a piece of cucumber and tomato season with ground black pepper. Ryvitas are also nice with peanut butter on too.
