- RYVITA® Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 pack Cracked Black Pepper Crispbread
- 1 can tuna in brine
- 1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp capers
- 3 tsp cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- A pinch of black pepper and salt
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
Mix these ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt to the mix. Garnish with capers and black pepper.
