  • 1 RYVITA® Pumpkin Seed & Oat Crispbread
  • 2 thin slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 1 basil leaf, shredded

Method

  • Slice the mozzarella and place the slices on the RYVITA® Pumpkin Seed & Oat Crispbread
  • Slice the tomato and layer these on the mozzarella
  • Finally shred a basil leaf on top
