- 1 RYVITA® Sunflower Seed and Oat Crispbread
- 1 tbsp tuna mayonnaise
- 2 slices of cucumber
Method
- Slice the cucumber
- Layer the slices of cucumber on the RYVITA® Sunflower Seed and Oat Crispbread
- Mix the drained tuna with the mayonnaise
- Add the tuna mayonnaise over the cucumbers
- Season with black pepper and lemon juice (optional)
