Name: Carol Flint

What do you do? I’m the head of marketing for Ryvita

What is your favourite RYVITA®?

I really do like them all but if I had to chose one it would be Dark Rye RYVITA® because it’s a really solid all rounder – it goes with everything!

The festive period is only just around the corner - what is your favourite part of Christmas?

I love the anticipation and the build up all the way through December.  Wrapping the presents with some Christmas tunes playing is always a lovely evening and then enjoying my mum’s Christmas lunch because she cooks the BEST roast potatoes!

A tasty cheeseboard is an integral part of any Christmas menu – what is your favourite cheese to serve with RYVITA® Crackers for Cheese?
I love ALL cheeses! But my absolute favourite to partner Golden Rye Crackers for Cheese is a mouth-tingling strong cheddar and you can’t beat Quickes Vintage Cheddar which is made on the outskirts of my home town Exeter.
