What do you do?

I’m a Communications Manager for RYVITA® which means I get involved in loads of interesting things, from the design of our packaging and advertising, through to arranging events for customers to come and taste our lovely products.

Which is your favourite RYVITA® and why?

I love RYVITA® Thins and the multi-seed are currently my favourite.  Not only do you get lots of really tasty Thins for nibbling, but you also get to hoover up any loose seeds from the tray once you have finished!

This month we are talking about perfect partners – what 2 things (or people) do you think just go together?

Being pregnant, I could come up with some crazy food combinations here!  But my all time favourite combination has to be Parma Ham and Melon.  There is just something about the juicy melon with salty ham that makes my mouth water... we chose this as the starter at my wedding and it always reminds me of warm evenings and great company.  It’s also a great topping for RYVITA® Crispbread – try it on new Mediterranean Herb Crispbread if you fancy some extra crunch.
