Perfect Partners to RYVITA® Fine Rustic Bakes - Raisin, Almond and Rosemary
Ardrahan – a washed rind cheese with strong meaty, farmyard aromas and dense, creamy texture. Taste is more subtle, savoury and meaty with farmyard back notes.
“The raisins again seem to love the more savoury, outspoken nature of the cheese – interesting, sophisticated, intriguing. The sweetness of the raisins downplay the very meaty, farmyard tastes like a sweet wine”
Vintage Cheddar – a hard, flaky, biteable texture and strong savoury, cheese and raw onion tang with fruity notes.
“The fruit and nut mellow out the raw onion tang and make it a very full bodied, full flavoured experience. The savoury cheese flavour and the touch of rosemary and sesame are more distinct while the sweetness of the raisins and honey take a back seat.”
