RYVITA® Terms and conditions
COMPETITION:
1. From 1st May 2013 to midnight 17th May 2013 Ryvita will be offering the chance to win 1 of 50 Ryvita Cool Bags. Each Cool Bag contains three air tight plastic tubs and an ice pack. The Cool Bag will be sent via post to the winner.
2. To enter the Ryvita Cool Bag free prize draw, all entrants must adhere to the following at the time of entering: Be UK residents over 18 years of age, except employees of Ryvita, or any of their subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this prize draw. Re-tweet the following #WIN a Ryvita lunch bag kit! Simply RT, follow & tell us why you #loveryvita by 17.05.13 and follow @Ryvita from your own Twitter account.
3. By entering the prize draws, all participants will have deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternate prize of equal or greater value.

PRIZE DRAW CLOSING DATES & TIMES:
9. The prize draw nominations and prize periods are from 00:00 to 23:59 on the following dates:
i. 01/05/13 to 17/05/2013
WINNERS:
10. 50 winners of the prize draw will be randomly selected by Ryvita on Monday 20th May 2013.
11. Each winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw by Twitter. If a winner fails to claim the prize within 7 days of this notification, he or she will forfeit the prize and a redraw will be made from correct entries to select a new winner.
12. Ryvita reserves the right to use and feature the names of the Ryvita Cool Bag prize draw winners for any promotional activities or marketing communications.
13. All winners’ details (name and country of residence only) will be made available on request to anyone sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to: The Jordans & Ryvita Company Ltd, Holme Mills, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, SG18 9JY, within 10 weeks of the closing date.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
