FIBREHACK: sneaky ways to get more veggies

At Ryvita HQ, we can sometimes find it pretty difficult to get our 5 a day each day. That’s why we love using these  sneaky-veg tricks, making it that bit easier to get our 5 a day. 

"Squashed-in" Hummus

For a super-easy veggie spread, simply roast some butternut squash and then blitz with chickpeas for a delicious hummus with a veg twist. Spread this on top of 4 slices of Ryvita and ta-dah! Hidden Veg and High Fibre. For the recipe, click here.

"Hidden Veg" Pasta Sauce

Using a base of tinned chopped tomatoes, add your favourite vegetables such as onion, celery, carrots and peppers then cook until soft. Keep it chunky and serve with pasta or whizz in a blender if you prefer your pasta sauce smooth. For a full recipe, click here.

Oven Roasted Chilli (with sneaky veg of course)
