Our Rye Cakes are available in two different flavours, Lightly Salted and Multigrain so you can top with both your favourite sweet and savoury toppings. We've come up with a couple of new topping ideas for you too, which you can check out here.
Each Rye Cake has 23 calories and is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.

1. Ryvita Rye Cakes are made with wholegrain rye, are low in fat, low in saturated fat and low in sugar. Foods that are low in saturated fat contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels when consumed as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
2. They contain a source of rye fibre (more than 6g of rye fibre per 100g) which contributes to normal bowel function.
3. They also provide a source of zinc and magnesium (more than 15% of the recommended daily allowance per 100g). Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue when consumed as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
