Amazing Avocado & Smoked Salmon Dip
Developed by Seasoned Cookery School, this healthy dip is packed with flavour and is perfect for summer entertaining.
- RYVITA® Thins (We love Sweet Chilli with this recipe)
- 2 large avocado
- 1 lemon
- 40g hot smoked salmon
- Salt and pepper to season
First peel & de-stone both the avocado and blitz them in a food processor.
Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the avocado, making sure no pips get into the mixture.
Add in the slices of smoked salmon and blitz in the food processor until you get a smooth consistency.
Taste, add salt and pepper if needed and garnish any spare salmon if you like.
