Ingredients

2 rashers of streaky bacon

2 tbsp Philadelphia Original

2 Ryvita Sesame Crispbread

2 tomatoes, sliced

2 little gem leaves, finely sliced

Method

  1. Grill the bacon until crispy, allow to cool then break into pieces
  2. Spread the Philadelphia onto the crispbread then top with the tomatoes, lettuce and bacon
