2 Ryvita Red Quinoa & Sesame Protein Crispbreads

1 cooked beetroot, sliced

25g feta

4 mint leaves

Method

  1. Top the crispbreads with the slices of beetroot then crumble over the feta
  2. Finish with mint leaves and some cracked black pepper
