Ingredients

40g Cream cheese

10g Carrot ribbons/shavings

1/4tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Hot water

10g Raisins

3 Pecans, chopped

2 Ryvita Dark Rye Crispbreads

Method

  1. Pop the raisins and chopped pecans into a bowl then add the cinnamon and hot water
  2. Spread the cream cheese on the crispbreads
  3. Create carrot ribbons with a potato peeler and arrange on top of the cream cheese
  4. Finish off by topping with the cinnamon raisins and pecans
