Ingredients

1/2 carrot, coarsely grated

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp hummus

2 Ryvita Chia and Buckwheat Crispbreads

1 cooked chicken breast, sliced

Method

  1. Mix the carrot with the olive oil and some seasoning
  2. Spread the hummus on the crispbreads
  3. Then top with the chicken slices and the grated carrot
