Ingredients
1/2 carrot, coarsely grated
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp hummus
2 Ryvita Chia and Buckwheat Crispbreads
1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
Method
- Mix the carrot with the olive oil and some seasoning
- Spread the hummus on the crispbreads
- Then top with the chicken slices and the grated carrot
