Ingredients

1 Ryvita Multigrain Crunchy Rye Bread

3 dates, pitted

4 tbsp crunchy almond butter

50g almonds

25g dark chocolate, cut into small chunks

Method

  1. Blitz the Crunchy Rye Bread into a fine powder in a food processor
  2. Then add the dates, almond butter and almonds and blitz until fully combined
  3. Stir in the chocolate chunks
  4. Then roll into 9 balls and keep chilled in the fridge
