Chunky Moroccan Spiced Hummus

Ingredients

400g can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 tbsp tahini

1 tsp ground cumin, plus extra to serve

1 tsp paprika, plus extra to serve

1 lemon, zest and juice

1 clove of garlic

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus extra to serve

Ryvita Sea salt and rosemary thins, to serve

Method

  1. Blitz the chickpeas, tahini, ground cumin, paprika, lemon zest and juice, olive oil, seasoning and a splash of water in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Add more water if needed.
  3. Sprinkle over some cumin and paprika and a drizzle of oil to serve.
