Ingredients
400g can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp tahini
1 tsp ground cumin, plus extra to serve
1 tsp paprika, plus extra to serve
1 lemon, zest and juice
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus extra to serve
Ryvita Sea salt and rosemary thins, to serve
Method
- Blitz the chickpeas, tahini, ground cumin, paprika, lemon zest and juice, olive oil, seasoning and a splash of water in a food processor until smooth.
- Add more water if needed.
- Sprinkle over some cumin and paprika and a drizzle of oil to serve.
