Croque Monsieur with a Ryvita Twist

Ingredients

1 egg

50g cheddar cheese, finely grated

½ tsp English mustard

2 slices ham, cut in half

4 Dark Rye Crunchy Rye Breads

Method

  1. Preheat the grill to high.
  2. Beat the egg in a bowl then mix in the cheese, mustard and some seasoning.
  3. Place a piece of ham onto each crunchy rye bread then top with the cheese mixture and grill for 3-4 mins until they are bubbling and golden.
