Ingredients
1 egg
50g cheddar cheese, finely grated
½ tsp English mustard
2 slices ham, cut in half
4 Dark Rye Crunchy Rye Breads
Method
- Preheat the grill to high.
- Beat the egg in a bowl then mix in the cheese, mustard and some seasoning.
- Place a piece of ham onto each crunchy rye bread then top with the cheese mixture and grill for 3-4 mins until they are bubbling and golden.
