Delicious Camembert with garlic and thyme
Hot and melty Camembert… need we say more?

- 1 whole Camembert, in its box
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 3-4 sprigs of fresh thyme
- A dizzle of olive oil
Preheat your oven to 200C/Gas 6. Take off any plastic packaging from the cheese and pop it back in its box, leaving the lid off. Pierce the top of the cheese in several places with a sharp knife and poke the garlic slices and thyme into the holes. Drizzle the cheese with olive oil and place on a baking sheet, leaving the cheese in its box. Stick it in the oven for ten minutes, or until the centre of the cheese is irresistibly gooey.
