Egg Mayo with Cress

A fresh take on an old favourite with the satisfying crunch of Ryvita Crispbread.


  • RYVITA® Crispbread
  • A hardboiled egg
  • A dollop of mayo
  • A sprinkling of cress


Chop the egg and mix with the mayo. Load your Crispbread with the mix, we've used Dark Rye but it's also great with Cracked Black Pepper. To finish sprinkle with cress. Fancy mixing things up a bit and giving it a tasty twist? Mix freshly chopped chives with your egg mayo for an extra flavour hit.
