Ingredients

100g feta

Small bunch of mint, leaves picked, plus extra to serve

2 tbsps of mixed seeds, plus extra to serve, toasted

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

200g Greek Yoghurt

Ryvita Sea salt and rosemary thins, to serve

Method

  1. Blitz the feta, mint leaves, seeds, olive oil and some seasoning together in a food processor then stir through the yoghurt
  2. Garnish with extra mint leaves and seeds to serve
