Ingredients
100g feta
Small bunch of mint, leaves picked, plus extra to serve
2 tbsps of mixed seeds, plus extra to serve, toasted
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
200g Greek Yoghurt
Ryvita Sea salt and rosemary thins, to serve
Method
- Blitz the feta, mint leaves, seeds, olive oil and some seasoning together in a food processor then stir through the yoghurt
- Garnish with extra mint leaves and seeds to serve
