Greek meze with a crunch!
Recreate a scene from the med with this delicious platter of Greek delicacies.
- A dollop of hummus
- A generous portion of halloumi
- A few olives
- A couple of sun dried tomatoes
- A handful of mixed leaves
- A squeeze of lemon
Slice your halloumi into gorgeously think chunks and griddle on a pan for 3 minutes each side. Pile your plate high with the mixed leaves and decorate with your selection of olives and sundried tomatoes. Layer on the cheese and a generous dollop of hummus and finish off with a squeeze of Lemon. Use your Crispbreads to dunk, dip or spread and enjoy!
