Ingredients

1 avocado, peeled and de-stoned

1/2 lime, juiced

Pinch of chilli flakes

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

4 Ryvita Multigrain crispbreads

1 cooked chicken breast, sliced

1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into strips

Method

  1. Mash the avocado in a bowl with the lime juice, chilli flakes, olive oil and some seasoning.
  2. Divide this between the crispbreads then top with the chicken and pepper slices.
