Ingredients
2 Fruit Crunch currant, seed and oat crunchy rye breads
3 tbsp. yogurt (120g)
1 tbsp. lemon curd (45g)
Small handful mixed berries (60g)
Method
- Lightly mix the lemon curd through the yogurt and spread onto the crunchy rye breads then top with the berries to serve.
