Mediterranean couscous with sweet onion crispbread

Take your taste buds on a journey to the Med. The crunch from the Crispbread mixed with the soft couscous is a sensorial delight!


  • 1 Sweet Onion Crispbread
  • A cup of cous cous
  • A cup of lightly salted boiling water
  • A few olives
  • some slices of ripe tomatoes
  • A squeeze of lemon
  • A sprinkling of fresh coriander


Prepare the couscous by pouring over the boiling water. Cover and allow the couscous to swell for 5 minutes. Fluff up the couscous with a fork and add a squeeze of lemon. Stir in your sliced tomatoes and olives and finish with a sprinkling of the fresh coriander.  Best served with Sweet onion Crispbread. Enjoy!
