Ingredients
4 slices brie (with outer rind removed, based on 50g)
2 Pumpkin Seed and Oat Crunchy Rye Breads
1 tbsp. chunky pickle
Small handful rocket (based on 20g)
Method
- Preheat the grill to high
- Top the crunchy rye breads with the slices of brie then place under the grill for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Top each crunchy rye bread with some pickle and rocket.
