Moorish Sharmula Dip

Impress your friends with this deliciously spicy dip, developed by Seasoned Cookery School.

  • RYVITA® Thins (We love Multi-Seed with this recipe!)
  • 4 cloves of garlic, pressed or finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 small red chilli (more or less depending on how spicy you like things!)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • A thumb sized piece of fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Juice of 1 small lemon
  • 1 large bunch of parsley chopped
  • 1 large bunch of coriander chopped


Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until finely chopped. Pop in the fridge and leave for flavours to develop for 30 mins. If you like things really spicy try leaving it over night.
