Ingredients

2 Ryvita Lightly Salted Rye Cakes

4 slices of mozzarella

1 large tomato, sliced

1 tbsp pesto

4 basil leaves, torn

Method

  1. Divide the mozzarella between the rye cakes
  2. Top with the tomato slices
  3. Drizzle with pesto and top with basil leaves and cracked black pepper
