Ingredients
200g Roasted veg mix (red & yellow pepper, courgette, red onion) - frozen bag mixed could also be used
1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
50g light cream cheese
1tsp Sweet chilli sauce to drizzle
4 Ryvita Protein Red Quinoa & Sesame Crispbreads
Method
- Chop your veg chunky and roast in 1 tbsp oil for 20 minutes on 190
- Once roasted, mix in the smoked paprika
- Spread the crispbread with the cream cheese, top with the veg and drizzle sweet chilli sauce
