Ingredients

200g Roasted veg mix (red & yellow pepper, courgette, red onion) - frozen bag mixed could also be used

1/2 tsp Smoked paprika

50g light cream cheese

1tsp Sweet chilli sauce to drizzle

4 Ryvita Protein Red Quinoa & Sesame Crispbreads

Method

  1. Chop your veg chunky and roast in 1 tbsp oil for 20 minutes on 190
  2. Once roasted, mix in the smoked paprika
  3. Spread the crispbread with the cream cheese, top with the veg and drizzle sweet chilli sauce
