Passion Fruit Sensation
Honey, cream, vanilla… this tasty combo will go down a treat for breakfast or as a scrummy summer pud.
- RYVITA® Fruit Crunch Crispbread
- 75g Icing sugar
- 2 Passion fruit, plus extra to serve
- 125ml Double cream
- 280g Thick Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp Vanilla-bean paste
- 2 Bananas, sliced
- Honey to drizzle
- A handful of basil, shredded
This show stopper of a recipe is delicous with our Fruit Crunch Crispbread. Stir half the sugar in a pan with 60ml cold water over low heat until sugar dissolves. Up the heat to medium-low and simmer without stirring for 1 minute, then set aside to cool. Stir passion fruit pulp into cooled syrup and set aside. Grab a large bowl, and whip cream until it forms soft peaks. Fold in the yoghurt, vanilla-bean paste and remaining sugar, add the banana and half the passion fruit syrup. Load on top of the Fruit Crunch then drizzle with the remaining passion fruit syrup, honey and sliced basil. Sit back and enjoy. Nom.
