Ingredients

50g frozen peas, defrosted

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp hummus

2 Ryvita Red Quinoa and Sesame Crispbreads

Method

  1. Blitz the pea, olive oil and some seasoning together in a food processor
  2. Stir in the hummus
  3. Spread onto the crispbreads
  4. Top with the shredded chicken and cracked black pepper
