50g frozen peas, defrosted
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp hummus
2 Ryvita Red Quinoa and Sesame Crispbreads
Method
- Blitz the pea, olive oil and some seasoning together in a food processor
- Stir in the hummus
- Spread onto the crispbreads
- Top with the shredded chicken and cracked black pepper
