Ingredients

80g smooth peanut butter

2tsp soy sauce

4g chopped coriander

120g mixed peppers

40g carrot shavings

Red chilli to serve

Method

  1. Mix the peanut butter and soy sauce and spread on the crispbreads
  2. Using a potato peeler, make carrot shavings
  3. Mix the carrot shavings, sliced peppers and top the crispbread
  4. Top with chopped coriander and chilli slices
