Ingredients
1 clove garlic, grated (3g)
Small bunch mint, leaves picked and chopped reserving a few leaves for garnish (4g)
100g pomegranate seeds
200g natural yogurt
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil (4.2g)
10 Multi–Seed Thins
Method
- Mix the garlic, mint and most of the pomegranate seeds with the yogurt and some seasoning.
- Garnish with the reserved mint leaves, pomegranate seeds and drizzle of oil then serve with the Thins.
- Serve with your favourite Ryvita Thins (Thins haven’t been included in the nutritional information)
