Pomegranate, Garlic, Mint & Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

1 clove garlic, grated (3g)

Small bunch mint, leaves picked and chopped reserving a few leaves for garnish (4g)

100g pomegranate seeds

200g natural yogurt

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil (4.2g)

10 Multi–Seed Thins

Method

  1. Mix the garlic, mint and most of the pomegranate seeds with the yogurt and some seasoning.
  2. Garnish with the reserved mint leaves, pomegranate seeds and drizzle of oil then serve with the Thins.
  3. Serve with your favourite Ryvita Thins (Thins haven’t been included in the nutritional information)
