Salted Peanut Prawns
Dr Rachel Edwards-Stuart stunned us with this superbly colourful combination - a real snappy little treat. Try it on Multigrain Crispbread for a lunch less ordinary!
- RYVITA® Multigrain Crispbread
- 100g cooked prawns, roughly chopped
- 40g salted peanuts, crushed
- Juice of 1 lime
- A small handful of coriander, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
Mix everything together thoroughly and serve on top of Multigrain Ryvita. Easy peasy!
